What is Your Definition of Happiness?

Don’t you think we all deserve to be happy?

This is not a onetime thing in someone’s life but should be on a daily basis.

Unfortunately due to emotions like anger and sadness that are becoming a neutral state to some of us, happiness seems to fade away. So here is a day to cheer up and appreciate all the good things and silver linings in our lives.

20th March is a day commemorated to be celebrated annually. Aimed at helping people around the world realize the importance of happiness in their loves. It reminds us that being happy is a human right.

Everyone has their own definition of happiness and things that make them happy due to our differences. Happiness is all about feeling content and not having to fake your feelings.

So whatever makes you happy just do it. You do you! Cherish the little things and be grateful for everything in that moment.

Research shows it’s estimated that as many as 300 million people are currently living with depression. It’s time to put happiness in the spotlight.

Smiles are healthy. Something as simple as a smile can greatly improve one’s mood and reduce stress. Also improving the mood of people around you may be as simple as improving your own mood.

We all know the famous content creator Mohammed Alby a.k.a King of smiles. Who goes around Nairobi town and many more countless towns making strangers smiles. He sure changed a lot of people’s moods and gave them a reason to smile and be happy.

We can create a happier and kinder world together by adopting a smile. A smile soothes the heart. As we listen to the well known song ‘Happy’ by Pharrell Williams take a minute to consider what truly makes you happy and how you can pursue it.
