Maraga says cases will not interfere election

The Judiciary has assured Kenyans that there will be no cancellation of august elections over poll related cases.

Speaking in Homabay county Chief Justice David Kenani Maraga said the case filed by opposition leaders over cancellation of the tender will be dealt on time so as to avoid clashes.

This comes after the opposition (NASA) filed a petition demanding the cancellation of a printing tender awarded to a Dubai firm Al-Ghurair.
